SKIN DIVER

The Skin Diver course represents the first level of training for freedivers and is the course where students acquire the fundamental skills of freediving.

FREE DIVER

The Free Diver course is the second level of training for freedivers. During this course you begin to develop all the collateral techniques (breathing control, relaxation, etc.) that help you improve your freediving performance.
Course PSS FREE DIVER is the first level for beginners. In these 3 days courses you will acquire the proper skills and knowledges to hold your breath at least 2 minutes, swim 40 meters in dynamic apnea and dive in total comfort and safe to a maximim depth of 15 meters.

Courses include theory, with tests and final exam, breathing, relaxation and equalization techniques, practice sessions in confined and open waters.

AIDA Courses

AIDA1 - Introduction to freediving

This course offers a basic knowledge of freediving and introductory skills such as relaxation of body and mind, finning techniques, duck dives and equalisation.

AIDA2 - Freediver

The static and dynamic sessions in confined water are used to teach relaxation, breathing, finning and safety techniques. In the open water sessions students will apply the skills they have learned in the pool / confined water sessions and combine them with the basic skills of open water freediving such as equalizing, duck diving, vertical swimming, body positioning, turns and use of buoyancy.
The freediving theory will include: Introduction to Freediving, Freediving Breathing Cycle, Basic Physiology of Freediving, Equalization, Freediving Techniques, Safety in Freediving, Equipment in Freediving, Freediving Disciplines.

Customized teaching system

Beside standard programs, we have developed a customized teaching method to meet the specific needs you may have. With our programs of lessons we can teach you according to your knowledges, abilities and goals.
Each lesson lasts 1 hour and it is quite intense: we strongly suggest you to attend a maximum of two lessons per day, one dry plus one wet (confined or open waters).

DRY LESSONS

Topics: breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, stretching, equalization techniques...

CONFINED WATER LESSONS

Topics: static, duck-dive, kicking technique, dynamic, rescue techniques...

OPEN WATER LESSONS

Topics: any technique related to dives in depth (preparation on surface, entrance in the water, warm-up, body position, turn...)
